All storage media is destroyed to HMG IS5 standards. Patient records, clinical data, and staff information are permanently and irreversibly destroyed. You receive individual Certificates of Destruction.

Step 3: WEEE-Compliant Recycling

Equipment is processed through our licensed facility with zero landfill. Materials are recovered and recycled responsibly.

Step 4: Full Documentation

You receive complete documentation including Certificates of Destruction, Waste Transfer Notes, and Asset Reports – everything needed for CQC inspections and NHS Digital audits.
